    Biography

    Holly Gruy is the Director of Business Development for Stibbs & Co.  With over 30 years of professional experience, she brings a results-driven approach to the firm’s growth initiatives. Prior to joining the firm, she devoted nearly twenty-six years of service to The Woodlands Area Economic Development Partnership, serving the past six years as Chief Operating Officer where she led operations, strategic planning, and business recruitment efforts, including representing the organization in domestic and international trade missions. Her tenure was marked by her ability to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, implement innovative strategies, and drive organizational growth. 

    Outside of the office, she and her family are passionate about music, movies, cooking, gardening, traveling, and camping.
