Biography
Natalie has been with Stibbs & Co. since July 2011, bringing her expertise in managing the day-to-day operations of the firm. As the Legal Firm Administrator, she plays a vital role in overseeing human resources, employee relations, and administrative functions. Natalie works closely with the firm’s leadership to ensure smooth operations, including developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and optimizing office processes. She also leads efforts to maintain vendor relationships, ensure legal compliance, and foster a positive, efficient work environment.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Natalie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children.
