Our Spring office is situated on the northern side of town with strong ties to Harris County, Montgomery County, Fort Bend County, Walker County, and other parts of the Greater Houston area. We represent a diverse clientele within the State of Texas, nationwide, and internationally. 

Our firm is also frequently asked to serve as local counsel to law firms whose clients find themselves involved in complex litigation matters in and around the region. Our transactional attorneys also counsel firms outside of Texas on corporate, real estate, and financing matters.
